                      IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                           Criminal Miscellaneous No.19636 of 2011\n                                       JITENDRA SAH\n                                            Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n\n2   11-07-2011<\/pre>\n
            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n
                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n
                          According to prosecution case, the marriage of<\/p>\n
                 deceased had taken place in the year, 2004 and she died in the<\/p>\n
                 year, 2008 and after her death, father of the deceased lodged<\/p>\n
                 Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2008 against in-laws of the<\/p>\n
                 deceased including the petitioner who happens to be husband<\/p>\n
                 of the deceased.\n<\/p>\n
                          Admittedly, police after due investigation, submitted<\/p>\n
                 final form in the above-said Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 322<\/p>\n
                 of 2008 showing the case as mistake of facts and after that, the<\/p>\n
                 informant filed Protest Petition which was converted into<\/p>\n
                 Complaint Case and after inquiry, the court found the case<\/p>\n
                 prima facie true under sedction-304B of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n
                          Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n
                 well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n
                 Jitendra Sah be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs<\/p>\n
                 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like    amount<\/p>\n
                 each in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-61 of 2010 to<\/p>\n
                 the satisfaction of Shri P.K. Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist<\/p>\n
                 Class, Sitamarhi.\n<\/p>\n
