Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 147, 324, 327, 341, 379 and 387 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is alleged that the petitioners came with Stick and Rami<\/p>\n<p>                   and assaulted the informant&#8217;s side and demanded Rs. 50,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                   from the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   that three days prior to the occurrence the petitioners filed an<\/p>\n<p>                   application before the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas, stating<\/p>\n<p>                   therein that the informant and other have encroached their land but<\/p>\n<p>                   no action was taken then the petitioners lodged a case then as a<\/p>\n<p>                   retaliatory measure the present frivolous case has been filed by the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant. It is further submitted that neither the F.I.R. nor the<\/p>\n<p>                   impugned order reflects that the informant&#8217;s side received any<\/p>\n<p>                   injury.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the fact that the petitioners&#8217; side lodged a<\/p>\n<p>                   case against the informant&#8217;s side prior to the present occurrence, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioners, Raghunandan Mallah, Akhilesh Mallah, Lagan Mallah,<\/p>\n<p>                   Chhotu Yadav and Shankar Paswan be released on bail in the event of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of<\/p>\n<p>       twelve weeks from today in connection with Sasaram(M)P.S.<\/p>\n<p>       Case No. 502 of 2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>       Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>       satisfaction of the learned C. J. M.
