No.3269 of 2011\n                           BASANTI DEVI\n                                Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                               ----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   11.03.2011            Petitioner   being    the   mother-in-law     is<\/p>\n<p>                   apprehending her arrest in a case which was initially<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Section 304B and subsequently<\/p>\n<p>                   Section 302\/34 was also added.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The marriage was admittedly performed 18<\/p>\n<p>                   years prior to the occurrence.       The father of the<\/p>\n<p>                   victim got registered the F.I.R. on the basis of the<\/p>\n<p>                   statement of the victim conveyed to the father.<\/p>\n<p>                            Though there is allegation against the entire<\/p>\n<p>                   family   including    the   petitioner   but   from   the<\/p>\n<p>                   impugned order, it appears that the victim&#8217;s son who<\/p>\n<p>                   has occasion to see the occurrence has alleged the<\/p>\n<p>                   assault against the husband who is in custody.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady,<\/p>\n<p>                   let the petitioner namely Basanti Devi, in the event of<\/p>\n<p>                   her arrest or surrender before the Court below within<\/p>\n<p>                   a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                   Magistrate, Araria in connection with Kursakanta<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          P.S.
