The applicant&#8217;s wife is suffering<br \/>\nfrom disease Adenomyosis i.e. Thickening of Endometrium. The<br \/>\noperation is scheduled to be held on 20.10.2011. The ground stated in<br \/>\nthe application seems to be genuine.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthis application is partly allowed. The prisoner Ilyas Khalid Janab<br \/>\n(Patel) is ordered to be released on temporary bail for the period<br \/>\nfrom 19.10.2011 to 30.10.2011 on his executing the personal Bond of<br \/>\nRs.5,000\/- before the Jail Authority and on usual terms. He<br \/>\nshall surrender with the jail authority on 31.10.2011 at 10:30. Rule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent only.
