NO. 57 OF 2005\n                   ------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 25th day of August, 2008\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioners are challenging the order passed by Taluk<\/p>\n<p>Land Board, Ottapalam dated 31.7.2001 in C.C.238 of 1973, an<\/p>\n<p>application filed by them under sub section 8 of Section 85 of<\/p>\n<p>Kerala Land Reforms Act. C.C.238 of 1973 was heard and<\/p>\n<p>disposed along with C.C.605 of 1973 and C.C.626 of 1973.<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) 25038 of 2004 was filed by the second petitioner herein.<\/p>\n<p>As per judgment dated 9.7.2008, finding that Taluk Land Board<\/p>\n<p>did not issue notice to the petitioner therein and finding that the<\/p>\n<p>said proceedings are violative of principles of natural justice,<\/p>\n<p>this Court allowed the writ petition and quashed the<\/p>\n<p>proceedings in C.C.238 of 1973, C.C.605 of 1973 and C.C.626 of<\/p>\n<p>1973, as per judgment dated 9.7.2008. As the impugned order<\/p>\n<p>in this petition already stands set aside by the judgment in<\/p>\n<p>WP(C)25038 of 2004, the revision petition is closed as<\/p>\n<p>unnecessary.    Taluk Land Board has to pass fresh orders as<\/p>\n<p>directed in WP(C)25038 of 2004 in all the cases. Send back the<\/p>\n<p>records forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  M.
