Taking note of the submission made by the learned senior Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader, this writ appeal is closed.   Ordered accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.   In view of the order passed in the Writ Appeal, the relief sought for in<\/p>\n<p>I.A.No.557 of 2007 need not be considered by this court.
