Lalmati Devi\n                                            Versus\n                                The STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   19.01.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioners    are   father-in-law,   mother-in-law   and<\/p>\n<p>                   younger-sister-in-law. Allegation is about killing the deceased for<\/p>\n<p>                   non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and taunting about giving<\/p>\n<p>                   birth of female children only. Submission of the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   for the petitioners is that two female children and one male son<\/p>\n<p>                   were already there. Demand is shown made by the husband even<\/p>\n<p>                   in the F.I.R. and some of the close witnesses are stating about<\/p>\n<p>                   quarrel in between the wife and husband. All the three children<\/p>\n<p>                   were taken to informant&#8217;s house by husband only but to cast<\/p>\n<p>                   pressure for otherwise gain, all the family members including<\/p>\n<p>                   younger-sister-in-law, gotni having status of the deceased, have<\/p>\n<p>                   been made accused in this case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the facts and circumstance of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                   prayer of the petitioners is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                   from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 32 of 2010 above named<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj subject to the<\/p>\n<p>        conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
