Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.170\/1995 in Special Civil Application No.8065\/1994.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tHaving<br \/>\nheard learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties<br \/>\nand considering the averments in the application in support of their<br \/>\nprayer to condone the delay of 5 days and so as to give an additional<br \/>\nopportunity to the applicants to submit their case on merits rather<br \/>\nthan non-suiting the same on technical ground of delay, delay caused<br \/>\nin preferring Misc.Civil Application No.3219\/2010 is hereby condoned.<br \/>\nRule is made absolute accordingly.
