Vide letter dated 17.2.2010, the appellant had complained to\nthe Commission that its order had not been implemented. Hence, a show-\ncause notice was issued to the CPIO and the matter was fixed for hearing\non 30.3.2010.\n\n2.      As scheduled, the matter is heard today dated 30.3.2010. Appellant\npresent. Nobody has appeared for DDA. However, the CPIO has sent a\nletter dated 16.2.2010 to the appellant stating therein the reasons for non\ngrant of benefit under the ACP scheme. This letter, obviously, was not in\nthe hands of appellant when he filed the non-compliance complaint. It\nwould, thus, appear that the order of the Commission has been complied\nwith.\n\n3.
