Jogbani,\nDistrict Araria.\n                                                           .........Petitioner\n\n                                    Versus\n\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                          ........Opposite Party\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>05\/-   27-10-2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                       Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned<\/p>\n<p>                       counsel for the opposite party no. 2, the complainant.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner being husband is named accused<\/p>\n<p>                       carries allegation of demand of dowry, torture etc.<\/p>\n<p>                       However, during course of argument it is submitted that<\/p>\n<p>                       the couple intends to resume and continue the marital life<\/p>\n<p>                       with each other.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                       case, on the event of filing a petition by the parties<\/p>\n<p>                       before the court below affixing their pair and family<\/p>\n<p>                       photographs clearly stating the intention expressed here,<\/p>\n<p>                       the court below shall permit them to resume the<\/p>\n<p>                       matrimonial life and shall have regularly watch for a<\/p>\n<p>                       reasonable period, only after being satisfied pass<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          appropriate order in accordance with law and in the<\/p>\n<p>          event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below<\/p>\n<p>          within four weeks of receipt of the copy of this order,<\/p>\n<p>          petitioner, namely, Md.
