It is submitted by Mr.Rao, learned<br \/>\nAdvocate that appeal is pending before the Additional Registrar<br \/>\n(Appeals),  Cooperative Societies, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar and<br \/>\nmatter is fixed on 06.07.2011 for final hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of above, Additional Registrar (Appeals), Cooperative Societies,<br \/>\nGujarat State, Gandhinagar is hereby directed to decide the appeal<br \/>\nafter giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties on<br \/>\n06.07.2011.
