RAMKUMAR, J.\n                        ======================\n                          B.A. No.6076 of 2010\n                        ======================\n                            Dated: 08.10.2010\n\n                                  ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners, who are accused Nos.1,3 and 4 in Crime No.486\/2010<br \/>\nof   Chengamanad Police Station for offences punishable under Sections<br \/>\n143,147,452,323,341,326 and 354            read with 149 I.P.C., seek<br \/>\nanticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this nature.<br \/>\nBut at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioners to surrender<br \/>\nbefore the Investigating Officer for the purpose of interrogation and then<br \/>\nto have their application for bail considered by the Magistrate having<br \/>\njurisdiction.  Accordingly, the petitioners shall surrender before the<br \/>\ninvestigating officer on 21.10.2010 or on 22.10.2010 for the purpose<br \/>\nof interrogation and recovery of incriminating material,     if any.   The<br \/>\npetitioners shall thereafter be produced before the Magistrate who on<br \/>\nbeing satisfied that the petitioners have been interrogated by the Police,<br \/>\nshall   consider and dispose of        their application for regular bail<br \/>\npreferably on the same date on which it is filed.
