2.       We\u00a0heard\u00a0these\u00a0three\u00a0cases\u00a0through\u00a0videoconferencing.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0<\/p>\n
was\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Bareilly\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC.\u00a0The\u00a0Respondents\u00a0were\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0<\/p>\n
the\u00a0Lucknow\u00a0studio.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.<\/p>\n
3.       In\u00a0three\u00a0separate\u00a0applications,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0sought\u00a0a\u00a0large\u00a0number\u00a0<\/p>\n
of\u00a0information\u00a0regarding\u00a0the\u00a0status\u00a0and\u00a0details\u00a0of\u00a0a\u00a0number\u00a0of\u00a0loan\u00a0accounts\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n
various\u00a0customers\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0as\u00a0well\u00a0as\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0charge\u00a0sheet\u00a0etc\u00a0in\u00a0respect\u00a0<\/p>\n
of\u00a0some\u00a0employees\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0bank.\u00a0Although\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0a\u00a0number\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n
information, \u00a0 he \u00a0 had \u00a0 denied \u00a0 many \u00a0 others \u00a0 claiming \u00a0 exemption \u00a0 under \u00a0 various\u00a0<\/p>\n
provisions\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Right\u00a0to\u00a0Information\u00a0(RTI)\u00a0Act.\u00a0After\u00a0carefully\u00a0considering\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
submissions\u00a0of\u00a0both\u00a0the\u00a0parties\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0facts\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0case,\u00a0we\u00a0think\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
following\u00a0information\u00a0should\u00a0be\u00a0provided\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant:<\/p>\n
CIC\/SM\/A\/2010\/000283,\u00a0800\u00a0&\u00a0801\n<\/p>\n
          i)\u00a0the\u00a0verified\u00a0date\u00a0on\u00a0which\u00a0the\u00a0cash\u00a0credit\u00a0account\u00a0of\u00a0M\/s\u00a0Bhardwaj\u00a0<\/p>\n
         Automobiles\u00a0turned\u00a0irregular;\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
         ii)\u00a0the\u00a0period\u00a0of\u00a0posting\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0duties\u00a0assigned\u00a0to\u00a08\u00a0officers\u00a0listed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
         Appellant\u00a0in\u00a0item\u00a06\u00a0of\u00a0his\u00a0application\u00a0dated\u00a015\u00a0January\u00a02009\u00a0(appeal\u00a0<\/p>\n
         number\u00a0283);\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
         iii) \u00a0 copy \u00a0 each \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 charge \u00a0 sheet, \u00a0 dismissal \u00a0 order \u00a0 and \u00a0 order \u00a0 of\u00a0<\/p>\n
         reinstatement\u00a0issued\u00a0to\u00a0JB\u00a0Chaudhury;\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
         iv)\u00a0the\u00a0number\u00a0of\u00a0loan\u00a0accounts\u00a0financed\u00a0by\u00a0HR\u00a0Lal\u00a0which\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0<\/p>\n
         written\u00a0off\u00a0along\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0total\u00a0amount\u00a0involved;<\/p>\n
         v)\u00a0the\u00a0number\u00a0of\u00a0loan\u00a0accounts\u00a0financed\u00a0by\u00a0 \u00a0HR\u00a0Lal\u00a0which\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0<\/p>\n
         compromised\u00a0along\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0total\u00a0amount\u00a0involved;\u00a0and<\/p>\n
         vi)\u00a0the\u00a0present\u00a0status\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0cash\u00a0credit\u00a0loan\u00a0accounts\u00a0of\u00a0M\/s\u00a0Bhardwaj\u00a0<\/p>\n
         Automobiles\u00a0and\u00a0M\/s\u00a0Hind\u00a0Building\u00a0Material\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Ballia\u00a0Branch.<\/p>\n
4.       We\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0the\u00a0above\u00a0information\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0<\/p>\n
within\u00a010\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order.<\/p>\n
5.       The\u00a0 remaining\u00a0 information\u00a0 sought\u00a0 by\u00a0the\u00a0 Appellant\u00a0 relate\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 loan\u00a0<\/p>\n
accounts\u00a0of\u00a0various\u00a0customers\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0and\u00a0cannot\u00a0be\u00a0disclosed\u00a0being\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
nature\u00a0of\u00a0commercial\u00a0confidence.\u00a0Section\u00a08(1)\u00a0(d)\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Right\u00a0to\u00a0Information\u00a0<\/p>\n
(RTI)\u00a0Act\u00a0clearly\u00a0exempts\u00a0such\u00a0information\u00a0from\u00a0disclosure.<\/p>\n
6.       With\u00a0the\u00a0above\u00a0directions,\u00a0these\u00a0appeals\u00a0had\u00a0disposed\u00a0off.<\/p>\n
