Case No. 118\/2011, for offences under<\/p>\n<p>                    Sections 406\/420\/379\/411\/120(B)\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                              In this case instituted against four named accused<\/p>\n<p>                    persons relating to siphoning milk from official tanker of<\/p>\n<p>                    Sudha Milk in pick-up van, though owned by the petitioner but<\/p>\n<p>                    given under the control of his son. One of the named accused<\/p>\n<p>                    apprehended at the spot submitted that there is absolutely<\/p>\n<p>                    nothing against the petitioner except being owner of the vehicle<\/p>\n<p>                    in question.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                    in the event of filing an application before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                    stating such intention and start making payment, and in the<\/p>\n<p>                    event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks,<\/p>\n<p>                    let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only)<br \/>\n            with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>           Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection<\/p>\n<p>           with Mahua P.S.
