JOSEPH &amp; M.L.JOSEPH FRANCIS JJ.,\n\n           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                   W.P.(C) No. 9567 of 2010\n           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           Dated this the 24th day of March, 2010.\n\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Joseph J.,<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner approached this court seeking the following<\/p>\n<p>prayer:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>      (i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate<\/p>\n<p>      writ, direction or order directing the 2nd and 3rd<\/p>\n<p>      respondents not to harass the petitioner.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>      2. The learned Government pleader on instructions submits<\/p>\n<p>that the petitioner was working as a salesman at Padayattil Oil Mills<\/p>\n<p>till 2007 and there is a complaint of a misappropriation of Rs.15<\/p>\n<p>lakhs. She also submits that the matter is being investigated.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   The Writ Petition is disposed of recording the said<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 9567 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>   submission and making it clear that it will be open to the<\/p>\n<p>   respondents to investigate the case, in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<p>                                     K.M.
