Amit Kumar Choubey, Son of Jag Narayan Choubey\n                     Both resident of village- Sohra Dangi, P.S.-Manihari, District-Katihar.\n\n                                              Versus\n\n                                         The State of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   29.07.2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned<\/p>\n<p>                        counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                        complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    According to the complainant, the petitioners are not<\/p>\n<p>                        allowing him to take possession of a piece of land which he is said<\/p>\n<p>                        to have purchased by registered sale deed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioners have no locus to interfere with the right of possession of<\/p>\n<p>                        the complainant. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioners submits that entire case is false, baseless and concocted.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                        grant of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Be that as it may, taking into consideration the nature<\/p>\n<p>                        of accusation in a case arising out of a complaint, let the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioners, namely, (1) Jag Narayan Choubey and (2) Amit Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                        Choubey in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                        below within a period of four weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>                        communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                        bonds of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                        amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           Class, Katihar in connection with C.A.
