The information i.e. to be taken from the Executive Engineer (East) may also be obtained<br \/>\nand supply to the appellant by 24.12.2010.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>No information provided inspite of the order of the FAA.<br \/>\n Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Samuel;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. V. P. Tanwar, Public Information Officer &amp; Joint Director (Revenue);\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Respondent shows that he had sent the information as directed by the FAA by speed post<br \/>\non 31\/12\/2010 Speed post receipt no. ED22407300IN. The Appellant states he did not receive this.<br \/>\nHowever, the Respondent is showing the speed post the Commission assumes that this was indeed<br \/>\nsent. The Appellant states that he has subsequently received the information by hand delivery. It<br \/>\nappears that the Respondent had sent the information by speed post on 31\/12\/2010 as per the order of<br \/>\nthe FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appellant shows that though DJB has told him that the water connection is disconnected he has<br \/>\nbeen served the bill in January 2011.The Commission requests the PIO to ensure that appropriate<br \/>\naction is taken to reverse this bill.
