The<br \/>\npetitioner Brahmkshatriya Bhagvatiben Khetsinh opposed the same and<br \/>\nsubmitted that other side prays for time on every occasion and as per<br \/>\nher say, the matters are required to be disposed of as early as<br \/>\npossible.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nCourt is busy with Criminal Appeal and today also, this Court has<br \/>\nmade suggestion that sometime is required to be given to the other<br \/>\nside to file reply, but the petitioner is not ready for the same and<br \/>\nopposed about time as prayed by the other side and submitted that if<br \/>\nthis Court has no time to hear these matters, then these matters may<br \/>\nbe placed before some other Bench.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tI<br \/>\nhave heard both the parties. The oldest matters of corruption cases<br \/>\n(Conviction) and other acquittal and conviction matters are pending<br \/>\nbefore this Court.
