Justice K.M.JOSEPH\n\n Dated :20\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                                   K.M.JOSEPH, J.\n                        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                            WP.(C) No. 2032 of 2009\n                        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                     Dated this the 20th day of January, 2009\n\n                                      JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>             I heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>appearing on behalf of the first respondent and the learned Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>             2. The prayer in the writ petition is for enlargement of time till<\/p>\n<p>31.3.2009 for repayment of the loan. However, learned counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>on behalf of the first respondent Sri. K.P.Harish would point out that if the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner files an application within a week from today, the Board, which<\/p>\n<p>has extended the time for one time settlement scheme will consider the<\/p>\n<p>application and the petitioner will get the time to pay the amount till<\/p>\n<p>31.3.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>             I record this submission of the learned counsel for the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent and direct that if the petitioner files an application claiming the<\/p>\n<p>benefit of one time settlement scheme within a week from today before the<\/p>\n<p>first respondent, a decision will be taken thereon and communicated within<\/p>\n<p>a month and the petitioner will be given time till 31.3.2009 to pay the said<\/p>\n<p>amount. Necessarily, if the petitioner does not pay the amounts as directed<\/p>\n<p>by 31.3.2009, it will be open to the respondents to recover the amount in<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC.2032\/2009.                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>accordance with law from the petitioner. Proceedings pursuant to Ext.P2<\/p>\n<p>will be kept in abeyance till 31.3.2009.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              (K.M.
