Presence of the other parties to the proceedings is not<br \/>\nrequired at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\npresent application is for interim injunction pending the First<br \/>\nAppeal against the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances, there shall be interim injunction on<br \/>\ncondition that the applicant deposits the awarded amount with costs<br \/>\nand interest with the Tribunal within a period of 6 weeks from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tWe<br \/>\nhave heard the learned counsel appearing for both the sides on the<br \/>\naspect of withdrawal.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tOut<br \/>\nof the amount which may be deposited pursuant to the aforesaid order,<br \/>\nit may be segregated into two parts; (1) Rs. 6,40,000\/- (Rupees Six<br \/>\nLakhs Forty Thousand only) together with the proportionate cost and<br \/>\ninterest and (2) Rs. 12,47,498\/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Forty Seven<br \/>\nThousand Four Hundred Ninety Eight only) with the proportionate cost<br \/>\nand interest. The Tribunal, after segregation of the aforesaid<br \/>\namount, shall appropriate the amount of Rs. 12,47,498\/- with the<br \/>\nproportionate cost and interest as per the award passed by the<br \/>\nTribunal for disbursement and investment of the amount. So far as the<br \/>\namount of other portion of Rs. 6,40,000\/- with the proportionate cost<br \/>\nand interest is concerned, the same shall be invested by the Tribunal<br \/>\ninitially for the period of three years and such investment shall be<br \/>\nrenewed from time to time until the appeal is disposed of with the<br \/>\nclause that the original claimant shall be entitled to periodical<br \/>\ninterest from time to time until the appeal is finally heard and<br \/>\ndisposed of. The original F.D.R.
