Gupta, advocate<br \/>\n                                                              .\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p>7       08-11-2011                     Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       On behalf of the State a supplementary<\/p>\n<p>                          show cause has been filed wherein the factual<\/p>\n<p>                          position with regard to 30 decimals of land of<\/p>\n<p>                          cadastral survey plot no. 383 of Khata no. 192 has<\/p>\n<p>                          been properly explained with due reference to revised<\/p>\n<p>                          plot nos. of revisional survey Khata no. 192.<\/p>\n<p>                                       According to stand of the State only two<\/p>\n<p>                          decimals of land recorded in RS Khatiyan as<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Aamrapali Kuti is in possession of the State and is<\/p>\n<p>being used for running of a Government school.<\/p>\n<p>Further stand of the State is that Archaeological<\/p>\n<p>Survey Authorities have to find out and establish that<\/p>\n<p>the plot in question is related to legendary Aamrapali<\/p>\n<p>of Vaishali district. The State having realized that 25<\/p>\n<p>decimals of land of CS Khata no. 383 has been<\/p>\n<p>wrongly shown or wrongly               included     in the<\/p>\n<p>Jamabandi of some Raiyats has already filed a Title<\/p>\n<p>Suit no. 634\/2011 which is pending before Sub Judge<\/p>\n<p>I, Muzaffarpur. The remaining three decimals of land<\/p>\n<p>has been utilized for a public road.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Since the State authorities have already<\/p>\n<p>taken steps by filing a suit for recovering the<\/p>\n<p>possession    of       Gairmazarua   Aam     land     after<\/p>\n<p>cancellation of wrongly created Jamabandi, in our<\/p>\n<p>view, the order of the Division Bench stands<\/p>\n<p>substantially complied with. An officer of ADM rank<\/p>\n<p>has been authorized to look after the aforesaid suit on<\/p>\n<p>behalf of the State so that it is pursued diligently and<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously. Since the State has taken the required<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        steps, there is no necessity of keeping this contempt<\/p>\n<p>        matter pending any further. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>        contempt application is finally disposed of.
