No.1529 of 2009\n              ----------------------------------------------\n                      Dated 17th July, 2009.\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>           The limited grievance, after having heard the counsel<\/p>\n<p>extensively is that the appellant needs some more time to pay<\/p>\n<p>the amount as directed in the interim order dated 2.7.2009.<\/p>\n<p>There are other contentions as well regarding the amount<\/p>\n<p>directed to be deposited. Since it is only an interim order, it is<\/p>\n<p>only appropriate that the appellant moves the learned Single<\/p>\n<p>Judge for either extension of time or modification.
