Instead of<br \/>\ncompensation of Rs.25\/- per Sq. mtr. being additional amount of<br \/>\ncompensation awarded by the Reference Court, Bharuch, it is modified<br \/>\nto the effect that the claimants are entitled to total amount of<br \/>\ncompensation of Rs.25\/- including amount awarded by the Land<br \/>\nAcquisition Officer of Rs.1.60 Ps.  Therefore, in light of aforesaid<br \/>\norder passed by this Court, no order is required to be passed in<br \/>\nthese Cross Objections and the same are accordingly disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nH.
