Rejoinder also has been filed today. It seems that respondent No. 2 has not been served. Issue fresh notice to respondent No. 2, dasti in addition.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 points out that subscription fee for February, 2006 has not been paid. However, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he has instructions that the amount has been paid. In case the amount has not been paid, the petitioner will ensure that it is done forthwith and steps will be taken to see that monthly subscription fee is paid by the due date in subsequent months as well. In the meanwhile, parties will sit together and try to come to an agreement for the year 2006. The counsel for the petitioner points out that he is not interested in getting signals for package-2 and wants to return the decoders which respondent No. 1 is resisting. Counsel for respondent No. 1 wants to have instructions on this matter and he would also advise his client that in case the petitioner wants to enter into an agreement for package-1, the same may be allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.
