It is the further case of the petitioner that there is failure to repay the<\/p>\n<p>loan amount and the unit was closed due to financial difficulties. Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>relies on Ext.P1 Government Order.\n<\/p>\n<p>              2. I heard learned counsel for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>              3. It is pointed by the learned Standing Counsel that if the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner approaches the Board with a request for one time settlement, that<\/p>\n<p>can be considered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner will file an application for one time settlement before the Board.<\/p>\n<p>              Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as follows:<\/p>\n<p>              If the petitioner files an application for one time settlement<\/p>\n<p>within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment before<\/p>\n<p>the first respondent, the first respondent will consider and take a decision<\/p>\n<p>thereon in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date<\/p>\n<p>of receipt of the application.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                     (K.M.
