Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :22\/05\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI, J\n             -------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C).11584 of 2009\n             -------------------------------\n           Dated this the 22nd day of May, 2009\n\n                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>           Petitioner is the proprietor of a driving school and<\/p>\n<p>according to him, he had imparted training to the students<\/p>\n<p>belonging to the SC\/ST community. He submits that he is<\/p>\n<p>entitled to fees that are given by way of subsidy to SC\/ST<\/p>\n<p>students to undergo training in the driving school. He has<\/p>\n<p>been paid the first instalment of the amount but he has not<\/p>\n<p>been paid the second instalment.
