[for short, “Tribunal” ) for enhancement of compensation<\/p>\n
   gfound that, the compensation of 377,200\/–<\/p>\n
  favour as against her claim for ?O4.00<\/p>\n
lakhs\ufb01   itiadequate.\n<\/p>\n
2. The appellant claims to be aged about 40<\/p>\n
 years working as coolie, earning a sum of ?5,000\/\u00ab per<\/p>\n

6. After hearing learned counsel for the ._ parties<\/p>\n
and after perusal of the judgment and award. by<\/p>\n
Tribunal including the original records planed’ <\/p>\n
we are of the View that, the oo_r:.urrenceWof”  ‘ _ <\/p>\n
the resultant injuries sustained   <\/p>\n
dispute. It is also not  aged<\/p>\n
about 40 years and  After going
\nthrough the compensation we are

sufferings: towards medical expenses;

7. However, the Tribunal erred in not awarding<\/p>\n

View of the injuries sustained, the appellant has taken<\/p>\n
