No.2703 of 2011\n                                       AJAY KUMAR\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   01.03.2011             Both the above stated criminal miscellaneous cases arise<\/p>\n<p>                   out of Laheri P.S. Case No. 175 of 2010 registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474\/34 of the Indian Penal code and<\/p>\n<p>                   accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by<\/p>\n<p>                   this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Admittedly, petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 2703 of 2011 is<\/p>\n<p>                   owner of a shop of having name and style as Maa Shakti Computer<\/p>\n<p>                   from where several fake certificates including seals of government<\/p>\n<p>                   officials as well as other things were recovered on the date of<\/p>\n<p>                   alleged occurrence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Admittedly, the aforesaid certificates and seals were not<\/p>\n<p>                   used in committing any crime.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               So far as petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 1721 of 2011 is<\/p>\n<p>                   concerned, it is stated by the witnesses during course of<\/p>\n<p>                   investigation that he has been working with petitioner in Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                   No. 2703 of 2011 since last two years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                   well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) each<\/p>\n<p>                   with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<br \/>\n           Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          above stated Laheri P.S.
