This case has been placed for consideration of<\/p>\n<p>                       prayer for bail of the appellant after receipt of the Lower Court<\/p>\n<p>                       Records.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>                       initial version was that initially Rs.10,000\/- was given for the<\/p>\n<p>                       treatment of his daughter by the informant and when it was<\/p>\n<p>                       demanded the occurrence had taken place. It has also been<\/p>\n<p>                       submitted that as there is no demand of dowry, the case would<\/p>\n<p>                       not come under Section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                  It appears that subsequently a protest petition was<\/p>\n<p>                       filed and the allegation with regard to the demand of dowry<\/p>\n<p>                       was levelled. In the initial version given in the fardbeyan,<\/p>\n<p>                       there is no mentioning of allegation of demand of dowry. It<\/p>\n<p>                       also appears that the victim was taken away to different<\/p>\n<p>                       hospitals for treatment.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the fact that the appellant, Dhananjay<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       Kumar, is in custody for about 5 \u00bd years, during the pendency<\/p>\n<p>       of this appeal, he is directed to be released on bail on his<\/p>\n<p>       furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)<\/p>\n<p>       with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>       the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-V, Aurangabad, in<\/p>\n<p>       connection with S. Tr. No.264\/1999\/174\/2010 (arising out of<\/p>\n<p>       Jamhore P.S.
