Raj Pandey, Public Prosecutor for the\nrespondent\/State.<\/pre>\n<p>      Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>      This petition is preferred under Section 482 of<br \/>\nCr.P.C., for extension of time.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<br \/>\napplication under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., which was<br \/>\nregistered as M.Cr.C.No.3045\/2014, has been allowed<br \/>\nby this Court on 28.04.2014.\n<\/p>\n<p>      It was directed that this order shall remain<br \/>\noperative for a period of sixty days and during this<br \/>\nperiod the applicant is free to move the regular bail<br \/>\napplication before the concerned Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Name of father of the applicant was wrongly<br \/>\ntyped. Hence, M.Cr.C.No.5033\/2014 under Section<br \/>\n482 of Cr.P.C., has been filed and which was allowed<br \/>\nvide order dated 09.07.2014.\n<\/p>\n<p>      From perusal of the order dated 28.04.2014, it<br \/>\nappears that petitioner was granted anticipatory and<br \/>\ndirected to apply for a regular bail but the petitioner<br \/>\nhas not taken any step. However, the name of father<br \/>\nof the applicant was wrongly typed which was directed<br \/>\n        M.Cr.C.No.6606\/2014          (Ummaid Singh Vs. State of M.P.)<\/p>\n<p>       to be corrected vide order dated 09.07.2014.\n<\/p>\n<p>             The petitioner has applied for certified copy on<br \/>\n       10.07.2014. On 11.07.2014 certified copy has been<br \/>\n       obtained by the petitioner but this petition has been<br \/>\n       filed on 24.07.2014. Therefore, petitioner has not<br \/>\n       applied within a reasonable time, no ground is made<br \/>\n       out for extension of time.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Accordingly, petition is hereby disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  (D.K.
