No.5138 of 2011\n                                   CHATURGUN RAM\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   25.03.2011.               Heard       learned       counsels      for    the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner being the Headmaster<\/p>\n<p>                   of the School is apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   a case registered under Sections 406, 409\/34<\/p>\n<p>                   of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is alleged that from the house of<\/p>\n<p>                   one Guddi Kushwaha, three quintals of rice<\/p>\n<p>                   allocated for Mid Day Meal were recovered.<\/p>\n<p>                   It is further alleged that at the instance<\/p>\n<p>                   of the petitioner the rice was kept there.<\/p>\n<p>                               It     is    submitted      by    the     learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the petitioner that subsequently<\/p>\n<p>                   during      verification       the    stock     register     of<\/p>\n<p>                   the school was found to be intact. Hence,<\/p>\n<p>                   the    accusation        was    not    supported      by   the<\/p>\n<p>                   authorities subsequently.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   bail   in    the    event      of   arrest    or    surrender<\/p>\n<p>                   before      the    learned      court    below      within   a<\/p>\n<p>                   period      of     twelve      weeks     from      today     in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        connection with Bhabua Sonhan P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>        203    of   2010   on    furnishing         bail    bond   of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>        of    the   learned     C.J.M.      Kaimur     at    Bhabua,<\/p>\n<p>        subject to the conditions as laid down under<\/p>\n<p>        Section     438(2)      of   the     Code    of     Criminal<\/p>\n<p>        Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>U.
