Justice J.M.JAMES\n\n Dated :18\/07\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                             J.M.JAMES, J.\n                               --------------\n                            B.A.4278\/2006\n                             ------------------\n      DATED THIS THE 18TH DAY OF JULY, 2006\n\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>               The   petitioner   is   the   tenth   accused,   in   crime<\/p>\n<p>No.125\/2006   of   Valayam   Police   Station   of   Kozhikode<\/p>\n<p>District.    The   offence   alleged  against   the   petitioner  and<\/p>\n<p>others, including among other sections,   are 308 and 395<\/p>\n<p>IPC read with Section 149 IPC.<\/p>\n<p>       2.      When the matter came up for consideration, the<\/p>\n<p>learned   Public   Prosecutor   submitted   that   other   accused<\/p>\n<p>had   already   been   released   on   bail,   on   imposing   certain<\/p>\n<p>conditions.     In   the   light   of   the   facts,   I   grant   bail   and<\/p>\n<p>release   the   petitioner   from   jail,   subject   to   the   following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             (a).   The petitioner shall execute a bond<br \/>\n             for Rs.15,000\/-, with two solvent sureties,<br \/>\n             each for the like sum, to the satisfaction<br \/>\n             of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class,<br \/>\n             Nadapuram.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>B.A.4278\/2006<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         (b).
