Hence, the office is directed to verify about the service<br \/>\nand put up the note on 14th July 2011.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDespite<br \/>\nthe aforesaid direction, no such note as directed has been put up by<br \/>\nthe office in compliance with the aforesaid order. In the<br \/>\ncircumstances, the concerned officer of the registry to explain as to<br \/>\nwhy the aforesaid order has not been complied with.
