THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER ,IRRIGATION DIVISION ,WATER\n         RESOURCES DEPARTMENT BIRPUR,SUPAUL\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   16.9.2010            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The     petitioner     is    stated     to    have<\/p>\n<p>                 superannuated on 31.12.2009 from the department<\/p>\n<p>                 of Water Resources.      He seeks the relief to be<\/p>\n<p>                 considered for grant of second time bound promotion<\/p>\n<p>                 as also first and second A.C.P.         He states in his<\/p>\n<p>                 supplementary       affidavit        that      after    his<\/p>\n<p>                 superannuation second time bound promotion has<\/p>\n<p>                 been granted to his juniors one Sri Bhuneshwar<\/p>\n<p>                 Yadav.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The application is disposed with liberty to<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner to represent\/supplement his earlier<\/p>\n<p>                 representation dated 13.11.2009 which is required<\/p>\n<p>                 to be disposed off on both issues by a reasoned and<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           speaking order within a maximum period of four<\/p>\n<p>           months from the date of receipt\/production of a copy<\/p>\n<p>           of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     If the respondent no. 5 finds justification in<\/p>\n<p>           the claim or in any part of the claim, it is expected<\/p>\n<p>           that necessary consequential benefits shall be made<\/p>\n<p>           available to the petitioner within the same period.<\/p>\n<p>                     The writ application stands disposed.<\/p>\n<pre>P.
