The offence is under Sections 406 and 420 read<\/p>\n<p>with 34 IPC.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.    Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.    The   petitioner   is   directed   to   surrender   before   the<\/p>\n<p>court below within two weeks from today onwards and apply for<\/p>\n<p>bail.  The court below is directed to dispose of the same as far as<\/p>\n<p>possible   on   the   same   day   itself.
