The\npetitioners who::&#039;a,re  10 in the suit\nfiled  plaintiffs&#039; claim.\n\nIssues heuze&#039; trial has commenced and the\nplaintiffs have &#039;closed  side of evidence. At that stage,\n\ndefendant  and 10 i.e., petitioners herein, fiied\n\nILEI;A:,INo.&#039;SE?pseeI{ing permission of the Court to produce five\n\n  plaintiffs filed counter and resisted the\n\nprayer  the application. Upon consideration, the trial\n\n has allowed I.A.No.8 in part and has permitted the\n\n--  petitioners to produce three documents i.e.. Item Nos.3 to\n\n\/7\n\nA\n\n\n\n5 and has rejected the prayer in respect of {tern Nos. 1\nand 2. Aggrievecl, defendant Nos. 8 and 10 have\n\nwrit petition.\n\n2. Sri A.
