He also<br \/>\nsubmitted that, in view of such grievance of the learned advocate for<br \/>\nthe petitioner, he has to take instructions from his client and<br \/>\nascertain the factual position because according to his information<br \/>\nhis client has still not received the cover containing the<br \/>\ncheque\/draft, back. For the said reason, he has requested for some<br \/>\ntime.
