Yadav\n                                            Public Information Officer &amp;\n                                            Assistant Commissioner (West Zone)\n                                            Municipal Corporation of Delhi\n                                            Vishal Enclave, Rajouri Garden,\n                                            New Delhi\n\nRTI application filed on             :      06\/10\/2010\nPIO replied on                       :      09\/11\/2010\nFirst Appeal filed on                :      08\/12\/2010\nFirst Appellate Authority order of   :      02\/01\/2011\nSecond Appeal received on            :      18\/04\/2011\n\nInformation Sought:\nThe Appellant had 42 queries with regard to matters such as meetings of the Zonal Vending\nCommittee, Yard Committee, allotment of land to Tehbazaris, details of letters written to certain\ndepartment heads, action taken against officials in respect of some illegal allotments, licenses of\nhawkers etc.\n\nPIO's reply:\nThe PIO gave incomplete replies to the queries of the Appellant.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nInformation was incomplete and unsatisfactory.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\nThe PIO was directed to call the Appellant to inspect the records within 5 days and provide complete\ninformation.\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nComplete information was not given despite the order of the FAA.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. R.B. Singh Rajput;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr. V. S. Yadav, Public Information Officer &amp; Assistant Commissioner (West Zone);\n<\/p>\n<p>        The respondent has provided information but the Appellant states that the attested photocopy<br \/>\nsought by him has not been provided. The Appellant claims that when he went for inspection the<br \/>\nrelevant records were not shown to him. Whereas the respondent states that the Appellant is not doing<br \/>\nthe inspection.\n<\/p>\n<p> Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO is directed to provide attested photocopies of all documents sought by<br \/>\nthe Appellant before 10 July 2011.
