SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                    ------------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C)No.35848 OF 2007\n\n                 ----------------------------------------\n\n                 Dated this the 4th day of December, 2007\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioners retired from service of the Kerala State Road<\/p>\n<p>Transport   Corporation.     Their   grievance   is   that   although   their<\/p>\n<p>retirement benefits are liable to be disbursed only in accordance<\/p>\n<p>with   the   priority   of   retirement,   they   are   entitled   to   payment   of<\/p>\n<p>their   provident   fund   amounts   and   staff   welfare   fund   amounts.\n<\/p>\n<p>The petitioners  therefore  seek a direction to  the respondents  to<\/p>\n<p>pay to the petitioners the said amounts expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The   learned   standing   counsel   appearing   for   the   KSRTC<\/p>\n<p>submits that the amounts would be paid within two months.  This<\/p>\n<p>is recorded and the writ petition is closed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                         S.
