WJC No.1116 of 2010\n                      UTTAM KUMAR @ UTTAM KUMAR RAI\n                                  Versus\n                           STATE OF BIHAR &amp; ORS\n                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   11.03.2011              Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The prayer of the petitioner is that Nawada Muffasil<\/p>\n<p>                 P.S. Case No. 27 of 2010 registered on 16th March, 2010,<\/p>\n<p>                 which was initially registered for the offence under sections<\/p>\n<p>                 498A, 504\/34 of the Indian Penal Code to which sections 302,<\/p>\n<p>                 201 of the Penal Code was later on added, be investigated<\/p>\n<p>                 properly taking into consideration the materials collected<\/p>\n<p>                 during investigation of U.D. Case No. 5 of 2010 which was<\/p>\n<p>                 registered prior to the lodging of the aforesaid case.<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the State submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                 police after investigation has submitted that charge-sheet<\/p>\n<p>                 against the petitioner who is named accused, however, the<\/p>\n<p>                 investigation is still continuing.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the submissions of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                 pending investigation of the aforesaid case be completed<\/p>\n<p>                 expeditiously without unnecessary delay.<\/p>\n<p>                            It will be open for the petitioner to bring it to the<\/p>\n<p>                 notice of the respondent nos. 6 &amp; 7 with regard to his<\/p>\n<p>                 grievances that the materials collected during investigation of<\/p>\n<p>                 the U.D.
