My<\/p>\n<p>learned Brother, by order dated 16\/5\/2006 had directed that<\/p>\n<p>deposit of an amount of Rs.10,000\/- shall be sufficient condition.<\/p>\n<p>I am satisfied that the said order can be made the final order and<\/p>\n<p>this Criminal Miscellaneous Case can now be disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   This petition is accordingly allowed.
