No.<\/p>\n<p>2795 of 2008 on the file of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate Court,<\/p>\n<p>Ernakulam fixing the cash security to be deposited by the revision<\/p>\n<p>petitioner at Rs. 50,000\/- is modified and the cash security to Rs.<\/p>\n<p>25,000\/-      (Rupees    twenty   five  thousand  only)  in  view  of<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/1714652\/\">Ahammedkutty v. State of Kerala<\/a> &#8211; 2008 (1) KLT 1068.
