Justice V.K.MOHANAN\n\n Dated :18\/04\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                  V.K.MOHANAN, J.\n         --------------------------------\n         Bail Application No.2433 of 2008\n         --------------------------------\n       Dated this the 18th day of April, 2008\n\n                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>    In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner who is accused       No.2   in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.284\/2006   of   the     Fort   Police    Station,<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram for    offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sec.489(b) and (c) read with Section 34 I.P.C.,<\/p>\n<p>seeks his enlargement on bail.<\/p>\n<p>    2.  I have heard   the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.    The<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor submits that he has no<\/p>\n<p>objection in bail being granted to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly,  this  petition   is   allowed.     The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>his   executing a bond for Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>fifteen thousand only) with two solvent sureties<\/p>\n<p>each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>concerned  J.F.C.M   subject    to   the   following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p>B.A.No.2433\/08<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            1.The petitioner shall report before<br \/>\n              the Investigating Officer between 9<br \/>\n              a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<p>            2. The petitioner shall make himself<br \/>\n              available for interrogation as   and<br \/>\n              when required by the police till<br \/>\n              the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<p>            3. The  petitioner shall not influence<br \/>\n              or   intimidate     the   prosecution<br \/>\n              witnesses nor shall he attempt to<br \/>\n              tamper with the evidence for the<br \/>\n              prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>           4. The petitioner shall not commit any<br \/>\n              offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.     If the petitioner commits breach of any of<\/p>\n<p>the above conditions, the bail granted to him<\/p>\n<p>shall be liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>     4.
