RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                   Crl.M.C.No.1475 of 2009\n                  = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n              Dated this the 5th day of May, 2009\n\n                              ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The Petitioner, claiming to be the registered owner of a<\/p>\n<p>Tata Indica car bearing registration No.KL 5L-7766 and the<\/p>\n<p>agreement holder of a Scorpio car bearing Registration No.KL<\/p>\n<p>17B- 2233 which were seized        by the Chittarikkal Police in<\/p>\n<p>Crime No.22 of 2009, challenges the orders passed by the<\/p>\n<p>J.F.C.M-II, Hosdurg as well as the Sessions Judge, Kozhikode<\/p>\n<p>refusing interim custody of the vehicles on a claim made by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner under Section 451 Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Apart from the fact that the order passed by the learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate was an interlocutory order and therefore not<\/p>\n<p>revisable   before   the   Sessions    Court,   Kozhikode,    the<\/p>\n<p>investigation thus far conducted shows that the chasis number<\/p>\n<p>and the engine number of the vehicles were found to have been<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C.No.1475 of 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>tampered with and the investigating agency has not so far traced<\/p>\n<p>out the true owners of the vehicles. Hence I am not inclined to<\/p>\n<p>interfere with the orders passed by the courts below. This<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C is, accordingly , dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>Dated this the 5th day of May, 2009.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 V.
