Respondent                                     \n\n\n\tCivil Revision Petition filed  against the  order and decretal order in I.A.No.2592 of 2004 in O.P.No.1716 of 2002 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai dated 01.02.2005.\n\n                                     For Petitioner     : Mr.C.Rajan\n                                     For Respondent  : Mr.Mohammed Ashraf Rafi\n\nORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tConsidering the order to be passed hereunder, I am of the view that it is unnecessary to refer the factual matrix as stated by both the petitioner and the respondent.<\/p>\n<p>\t2. It is fairly admitted by both sides that the main petition, namely OP No.1716 of 2002 is partly heard.  In such circumstances, I am of the view that ends of justice would be met by directing the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the main OP No.1716 of 2002 including the question relating  to  maintainability  in  accordance with law,  within  a  period  of  three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.  This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly.  No costs.
