  complainants Chit F’un.d Group No.A.8\/ 2001. On<\/p>\n
‘A   the accused participated in the chit fund auction<\/p>\n
  received an amount of Rs.7{),O(){}\/- and for the balance<\/p>\n
 subscztiption amount of Rs.68,060\/ ~, he executed a Demand<\/p>\n
Pmnnssory Note on 15.3.2002 with two on-obligants. On the<\/p>\n

The accused promised to    do so and\nin the cizcumstances   made by the\ncomplainant,    the liability of\n<\/pre>\n
