4   22.6.2011                No body appears for the petitioner.<\/p>\n
                             S.C. X was required to file a show cause by order,<\/p>\n
                 dated 13.4.2011. Further time was granted for the said purpose<\/p>\n
                 on18.5.2011 along with a cost of Rs. 1000\/-.<\/p>\n
                             Since no one is present on behalf of the State and no<\/p>\n
                 counter affidavit is available on record, I direct the Commissioner<\/p>\n
                 cum Secretary, Department of Science and Technology, Bihar,<\/p>\n
                 Patna, opposite party no.2 to be personally present in court on<\/p>\n
                 6.7.2011 at 10.30 AM and file a show cause explaining the reasons<\/p>\n
                 as to why the order of this court has not been complied with. It is<\/p>\n
                 hoped that the order of this court will be complied with by<\/p>\n
                 6.7.2011 if not already complied with.\n<\/p>\n
                             List this case on 6.7.2011.\n<\/p>\n
                             In case the opposite party have complied with the<\/p>\n
                 order of this court, then the personal presence of respondent no. 2<\/p>\n
                 is not required and it would be sufficient to file a show cause \/<\/p>\n
                 affidavit showing compliance of the order of this court.<\/p>\n
