Phulparas, District Madhubani.\n                                                                           -------Petitioner\n                                                   Versus\n                      The State Of Bihar\n                                                                     -----Opposite Party\n                                              ------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   22\/11\/2011                Heard Mr. Gagandeo Yadav learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner and Mr. Rita Verma learned Additional Public<\/p>\n<p>                     Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     147, 149, 323, 341, 307, 498(A), 380, 504 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                     Code and \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act, is named accused in<\/p>\n<p>                     this complaint case being husband of the complainant with<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation of demand of dowry, torture etc.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Submission is that petitioner intends to resume and<\/p>\n<p>                     continue the matrimonial relationship with the complainant, who<\/p>\n<p>                     is his one and only wife. To further, strengthen his intention an<\/p>\n<p>                     offer is being made to pay a sum of Rs. 600\/- (six hundred only)<\/p>\n<p>                     per month to the complainant by way of interim maintenance,<\/p>\n<p>                     subject to any order on the point by the competent court.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     in the event of filing an application before the court below,<\/p>\n<p>                     clearly stating such intentions as stated above and begin with the<\/p>\n<p>                     payment, in the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                     below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner be<br \/>\n             enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>            thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>            satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur,<\/p>\n<p>            Madhubani, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1092 of<\/p>\n<p>            2009, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of<\/p>\n<p>            the Code of Criminal Procedure with additional condition to<\/p>\n<p>            remain physically present before the court below till disposal of<\/p>\n<p>            the case, in case of failure on two consecutive dates without<\/p>\n<p>            giving any reasonable explanation or even on single default in<\/p>\n<p>            payment, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>                                    ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)<br \/>\nPraveen\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Birendra Pandit vs The State Of Bihar on 22 November, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.38217 of 2011 Birendra Pandit, Son of Ayodhi Pandit, Resident of Village Sijauliya, P.S.
