RAMKUMAR, J.\n                .........................................\n                       B.A. No.6711 of 2010\n                ..........................................\n                          Dated: 26.10.2010\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.136\/2010<br \/>\nof    Vidhya Nagar Police Station, Kasaragod for an offence<br \/>\npunishable under Section 498 read with 34 I.P.C., seek anticipatory<br \/>\nbail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<br \/>\nnature.   But at the same time,         I am inclined to permit the<br \/>\npetitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<br \/>\npurpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<br \/>\nconsidered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the<br \/>\npetitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<br \/>\n11.11.2010 or on 12.11.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and<br \/>\nrecovery of incriminating material,       if any.    After interrogation,<br \/>\npetitioners shall be produced before the Magistrate concerned who<br \/>\non being convinced that the petitioners have been interrogated by<br \/>\nthe police, shall release the petitioners on bail on each of the<br \/>\npetitioner executing a bond for `15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand<br \/>\nonly) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the Magistrate and subject to the following<br \/>\nconditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.6711 \/2010                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.    The    petitioners     shall report  before   the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n             Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. The petitioners shall make themselves available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.    Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to tamper<br \/>\n             with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.    Petitioners shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n             bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
