Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The    petitioner         is    apprehending       his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   384, 427, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It     is     submitted         by   the      learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the petitioner that there was<\/p>\n<p>                   proceeding pending between the parties under<\/p>\n<p>                   Section      133     Cr.    P.    C.    in    which     the    show<\/p>\n<p>                   cause was issued for creating obstruction.<\/p>\n<p>                   The     informant          has    filed       a     case      under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 435, 427 and 379 of the I.P.C. in<\/p>\n<p>                   which    final       form     was      submitted        then    the<\/p>\n<p>                   present case has been filed as retaliatory<\/p>\n<p>                   measure.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   bail    in    the    event       of    arrest     or    surrender<\/p>\n<p>                   before       the    learned       court      below      within    a<\/p>\n<p>                   period       of     twelve       weeks       from      today     in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 202<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        of   2009   on       furnishing   bail     bond     of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>        of the learned C.J.M. Kishanganj, subject to<\/p>\n<p>        the conditions as laid down under Section<\/p>\n<p>        438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<pre>U. K.
